Privacy and data
In effect from September 2026
This site is a business card: no forms, no login, no cookies, nothing that tracks who visits. The only time I handle personal data is when you write to me about a project. Below is what happens to that data.
What I process, and when
The site itself collects nothing: there are no forms to fill in, no members' area, and it saves nothing on your device.
I process personal data only if you contact me — by email, WhatsApp or phone. In that case I receive your name, the address you use to reach me, and whatever you tell me about the project.
Why I use it and on what basis
I use it to reply to you and, if we decide to work together, to prepare the quote and handle the engagement.
The legal basis is acting on your request and then performing the agreements made with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Cookies and analytics
I use no cookies, and no analytics or tracking tools: no Google Analytics or anything similar. Fonts and stylesheets are served by the site itself, not by external providers.
That is why you see no banner: there would be nothing to accept.
Server technical logs
The hosting service that publishes the site may automatically record technical data such as the IP address, the date and time of the visit and the browser type. This keeps the site running and protects it from abuse.
These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify or profile you.
If you write to me on WhatsApp
If you use WhatsApp, the conversation also passes through WhatsApp's servers (Meta), under their privacy policy. If you would rather not involve third parties, write to me by email.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a project are kept for as long as it takes to close the exchange, then deleted.
If we become client and supplier, I keep the data for the whole duration of the relationship and for the period required by legal obligations, for example tax and accounting ones.
Who I share it with
I do not sell or pass on your data to anyone for commercial purposes.
It may be processed, only on my behalf and to the extent necessary, by the technical providers I use to work: the hosting service and the email provider. I disclose it to others — for example an accountant or an authority — only where required by law.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers, such as the email provider or WhatsApp, may process data outside the EU. This happens under the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to the processing, or receive a copy in a readable format.
Just write to me. If you think something is wrong, you can also contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Changes to this page
If I change anything in how I handle data, I update this page and the date at the top. The version that applies is always the one you are reading.
